Take a mindful pause in the middle of your week.

Join Mind-Body Wellbeing Coach & Meditation Teacher, Emma England, for Wellness Wednesdays – a monthly lunchtime reset designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore calm. Each session includes guided meditation, gentle breathwork, mindful reflection, and simple grounding practices.

Each month brings a new seasonal theme to support your wellbeing and help you move through the year with more ease and balance – all while enjoying a freshly prepared, nourishing lunch from Billingtons.

May: Calm & Clarity
Wednesday 20th May | 12:30–1:30pm | £20 per person

As we move into late spring and the pace of life begins to pick up, it’s easy to feel mentally busy and pulled in different directions.

This session is designed to help you slow down, clear your mind, and reconnect with calm, focused energy – supporting you to move through your week with greater clarity and ease.

You’ll be guided through a soothing 40-minute mindfulness, meditation and breathwork practice, to help you:
• Calm a busy mind and reduce mental overwhelm
• Improve clarity and focus
• Restore calm, balanced energy

You’ll finish the session feeling grounded, refreshed, and mentally clearer, followed by a nourishing seasonal lunch to support your mind and body for the rest of your day.
